(1084) دراسه تحليليه لاسعار بعض المحاصيل الزراعيه An analytical study of the prices of some agricultural crops

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة التحليل الاقتصادي لأسعار بعض المحاصيل الزراعية من خلال فحص الاتجاهات السعرية والعوامل المؤثرة في تطورها خلال فترة الدراسة، وذلك بهدف التعرف على طبيعة التغيرات التي طرأت على الأسواق الزراعية وانعكاساتها على الإنتاج الزراعي والسياسات الاقتصادية المرتبطة به. وتنطلق الدراسة من فرضية أساسية مؤداها أن الأسعار الزراعية تمثل أحد أهم المحددات المؤثرة في قرارات المنتجين الزراعيين وفي تخصيص الموارد الاقتصادية داخل القطاع الزراعي، فضلًا عن دورها في تحقيق التوازن بين الإنتاج والاستهلاك. وتستعرض الدراسة الإطار النظري لتحليل الأسعار الزراعية، مع التركيز على العلاقة بين قوى العرض والطلب، وتأثير التغيرات في تكاليف الإنتاج والعوامل الموسمية والسياسات الحكومية على حركة الأسعار. كما تناقش الدراسة دور آليات التسعير الزراعي في توجيه الأنشطة الإنتاجية وفي التأثير على مستويات الدخل الزراعي وحجم الاستثمارات الموجهة إلى القطاع الزراعي. كما تتناول الدراسة تحليل الاتجاهات السعرية لبعض المحاصيل الزراعية المختارة، من خلال استخدام أساليب التحليل الإحصائي والاقتصادي لتحديد أنماط التغير في الأسعار وقياس معدلات النمو والتذبذب والاستقرار النسبي. وتشير الدراسة إلى أن التغيرات في الأسعار الزراعية لا ترتبط بعوامل اقتصادية داخلية فقط، بل تتأثر أيضًا بالتطورات المرتبطة بالأسواق الخارجية والتغيرات المناخية ومستويات الإنتاج المحلي. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن تطوير السياسات الزراعية والتسويقية يتطلب وجود نظم معلومات فعالة وقواعد بيانات دقيقة تدعم عمليات التنبؤ واتخاذ القرار. كما تؤكد أن تحقيق الاستقرار النسبي للأسعار الزراعية يسهم في رفع كفاءة القطاع الزراعي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.This study examines the economic analysis of selected agricultural crop prices through investigating price trends and the factors affecting their development during the study period. The study aims to identify the nature of price changes in agricultural markets and their implications for agricultural production and related economic policies. It is based on the assumption that agricultural prices constitute one of the most important determinants influencing producers' decisions and resource allocation within the agricultural sector, while also contributing to the balance between production and consumption. The study reviews the theoretical framework of agricultural price analysis, focusing on the relationship between supply and demand forces and the impact of production costs, seasonal factors, and governmental policies on price movements. It also discusses the role of agricultural pricing mechanisms in directing productive activities and influencing agricultural income levels and investment patterns in the agricultural sector. Furthermore, the study analyzes price trends for selected agricultural crops using statistical and economic methods to determine patterns of price variation and to measure growth rates, fluctuations, and relative stability. The study indicates that changes in agricultural prices are influenced not only by internal economic factors but also by developments in international markets, climatic conditions, and domestic production levels. The study concludes that improving agricultural and marketing policies requires effective information systems and reliable databases capable of supporting forecasting and decision-making processes. It further emphasizes that achieving relative stability in agricultural prices contributes to enhancing agricultural sector efficiency and supporting broader economic and social development objectives.
