Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تركيب الصناعة في الجمهورية العربية المتحدة من خلال دراسة الخصائص الهيكلية للقطاع الصناعي وأنماط توزيع الأنشطة الإنتاجية ومؤشرات النمو الصناعي. تعتمد الدراسة على بيانات وإحصاءات صناعية رسمية بهدف تكوين صورة تحليلية لطبيعة البنية الصناعية خلال فترة الدراسة، مع التركيز على العلاقة بين عدد المنشآت الصناعية، ورؤوس الأموال المستثمرة، وحجم العمالة، وقيمة الإنتاج، ومدى مساهمة القطاعات المختلفة في النشاط الاقتصادي الكلي. تتناول الدراسة البنية القطاعية للصناعة من خلال تحليل الصناعات الرئيسية والفرعية وتوزيعها النسبي داخل الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث تسعى إلى تفسير التفاوت في معدلات النمو والإنتاجية بين الأنشطة الصناعية المختلفة. كما تركز على دور الاستثمار الصناعي في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية وتحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة. وتوضح الدراسة أن التركيب الصناعي لا يتحدد فقط بحجم النشاط الاقتصادي، بل يتأثر أيضاً بعدد من العوامل المؤسسية والاقتصادية، مثل حجم رأس المال، وتوافر العمالة، والسياسات الاقتصادية، ومستوى التطور التكنولوجي. كما تشير إلى أن بعض القطاعات الصناعية تستحوذ على نسب أكبر من الاستثمارات والإنتاج مقارنة بقطاعات أخرى، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تفاوتات هيكلية داخل القطاع الصناعي. كما تبرز الدراسة أهمية التخطيط الصناعي في توجيه الاستثمارات وتحديد أولويات التنمية الصناعية، خاصة في الدول النامية التي تسعى إلى تحقيق تحول اقتصادي وهيكلي شامل. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن فهم التركيب الصناعي وتحليل مكوناته يمثل أداة مهمة لصياغة سياسات اقتصادية فعالة تهدف إلى تحسين كفاءة الإنتاج الصناعي وتعزيز مساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملThis study aims to analyze the structure of industry in the United Arab Republic through an examination of the structural characteristics of the industrial sector and patterns of production activity distribution. The analysis is based on official industrial statistics and data in order to develop an analytical understanding of the industrial structure during the study period. Particular attention is given to the relationships among the number of industrial establishments, invested capital, labor force size, production value, and the contribution of different sectors to overall economic activity. The study investigates the sectoral composition of industry by analyzing the relative importance of major and sub-industrial activities within the national economy. It seeks to explain variations in growth rates and productivity levels across industrial sectors. Moreover, it emphasizes the role of industrial investment in supporting economic development through expanding productive capacity and promoting the efficient use of available resources. The study demonstrates that industrial structure is not solely determined by the size of economic activity but is also influenced by institutional and economic factors such as capital availability, labor resources, economic policies, and technological development. It further indicates that certain industrial sectors receive larger proportions of investment and generate greater output compared with others, creating structural disparities within the industrial sector. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of industrial planning in directing investments and identifying development priorities, particularly in developing countries seeking comprehensive structural and economic transformation. The study concludes that understanding and analyzing industrial structure represents an essential tool for designing effective economic policies aimed at improving industrial productivity and enhancing the contribution of industry to broader economic development.
