Abstract

ملخص تُعد هذه المذكرة البحثية (رقم ٢٣٥) الصادرة في سبتمبر ١٩٦٢ ببليوجرافيا شاملة بعنوان "قائمة بالمراجع والقراءات في مادة أساليب التخطيط"، أعدها الدكتور محمد محمود الإمام لصالح معهد التخطيط القومي بالقاهرة. تحصر المذكرة مئات المراجع العلمية والوثائق الرسمية التي كانت تشكل القاعدة المعرفية لخبراء التخطيط في ذلك الوقت، وتتوزع بين مطبوعات لجنة التخطيط القومي، ومذكرات معهد التخطيط، بالإضافة إلى مراجع عربية وأجنبية متخصصة في نظريات التنمية، مما يجعلها وثيقة تاريخية ترصد مصادر الفكر التخطيطي في عصر الجمهورية العربية المتحدة. وتغطي القائمة محاور موضوعية متنوعة تشمل تجارب التخطيط الدولية في الهند، ألمانيا الديمقراطية، تشيكوسلوفاكيا، واليابان، مع تركيز خاص على أساليب البرمجة الاقتصادية ونماذج المدخلات والمخرجات (Input-Output). كما تضم الببليوجرافيا مذكرات وكتباً لأبرز علماء الاقتصاد العالميين في تلك الحقبة مثل "راجنر فريش" و"أوسكار لانج" و"جان تنبرجن"، وتفصّل وثائق الخطة الخمسية الأولى لمصر (١٩٦٠-١٩٦٥)، مما يوفر للباحثين دليلاً استرشادياً لفهم كيفية بناء السياسات السكانية والقوى البشرية وتخطيط الاستثمار وتوزيع المشروعات القومية جغرافياً
