Abstract
The preparation of these statements is based on studies of product demand, as well as studies of the project's maximum and potential production capacity. These studies make it possible to estimate the expected growth in production volume, while market studies are used to forecast future price trends. The project's principal operating revenues are determined by multiplying the expected production volume by the forecasted prices. In addition to its primary operating revenues, the project may generate income from secondary activities or as a result of government incentives and support for production operations. To accurately assess operational efficiency, a clear distinction should be made between revenues generated from the project's core activities and those derived from other sources. Furthermore, these statements should include all estimated assumptions underlying the projections. A separate statement should be prepared for each alternative project option under evaluation.
