الحصاد البحثى والفكرى السنوى لمعهد التخطيط القومى 2025-2026

Abstract

يوثّق هذا الكتيب الإنتاج البحثي والفكري والفعاليات العلمية لمعهد التخطيط القومي خلال العام الأكاديمي 2025/2026. ويعكس دور المعهد بيتَ خبرة وطنيًا ومركز فكر متخصصًا في التخطيط والتنمية وصنع السياسات العامة. ويعرض الكتيب منظومة الإصدارات العلمية التي تشمل سلسلة قضايا التخطيط والتنمية، وأوراق السياسات، والتقارير العلمية، والكتب المرجعية، والرسائل العلمية، والمجلة المصرية للتنمية والتخطيط. ويعرض كذلك الفعاليات العلمية من متابعات علمية ولقاءات خبراء وسيمنار الثلاثاء وسيمنار شباب الباحثين والمحاضرات المتميزة وصالون المعهد. وتتناول هذه الأعمال قضايا تنموية واستراتيجية ذات أولوية، أبرزها الاقتصاد الأخضر، وأسواق الكربون، وآلية تعديل حدود الكربون الأوروبية (CBAM)، ومعايير الاستدامة والحوكمة (ESG)، وانضمام مصر إلى تجمع البريكس، والاستثمار والتنمية الصناعية، والتنمية الإقليمية والعدالة المكانية، ورأس المال البشري، والذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في التنمية وصنع السياسات. ويبرز الكتيب أيضًا توجّه المعهد نحو التحول الرقمي وإتاحة المعرفة، من خلال المستودع الرقمي والروابط الإلكترونية ورموز الاستجابة السريعة. ويخلص إلى أن الحصاد يمثل منظومة معرفية متكاملة تربط البحث العلمي بأولويات التنمية الوطنية، وتعزز التخطيط القائم على الأدلة واستشراف المستقبل، وتدعم تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030.

This publication documents the research output, intellectual work and scientific activities of the Institute of National Planning during the 2025/2026 academic year. It reflects the Institute's role as a national center of expertise and a specialized think tank in planning, development and public policymaking. It presents the Institute's publications: the Planning and Development Issues Series, policy papers, scientific reports, reference books, academic theses and the Egyptian Journal of Development and Planning. It also covers the Institute's scientific activities, including scientific follow-ups, expert meetings, Tuesday Seminars, Young Researchers Seminars, distinguished lectures and the Institute's Salon. These outputs address priority development and strategic issues, notably the green economy, carbon markets, the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), ESG sustainability, Egypt's membership in BRICS, investment and industrial development, regional development and spatial equity, human capital, and artificial intelligence in development and policymaking. The publication also highlights the Institute's commitment to digital transformation and open access to knowledge through its digital repository, electronic links and QR codes. Overall, it presents an integrated knowledge system that links scientific research to national development priorities, strengthens evidence-based planning and foresight, and supports the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt Vision 2030.
