(273) إشكالية المواطنة فى مصر الحقوق والواجبات : دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الشباب (11-35) بمحافظة القاهرة Citizenship Problematic in Egypt: Rights and Duties: A Field study on Youth Sample (18-35 years) in Cairo Governorate

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن إشكالية المواطنة: مفهوماً ومبدأ، وقضية وسلوكا تنظيميا، وحقوقا وواجبات، أيضا التعرف على مقومات ومعوقات المواطنة وآليات تنميتها لدى الشباب. ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث، ثم بناء استبيان وجه لعينة من الشباب فى السن 18 – 35 سنة بمحافظة القاهرة طلبة وعاملين بالحكومة، بلغ عدد الاستبيانات المستوفاة (460) بنسبة أكثر من 76.6% من حجم العينة المبحوثة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى اتفاق المبحوثين حول تلبية احتياجات وتطلعات الشباب تعزيزا للارتقاء بروح المواطنة لديهم من خلال الاهتمام بمراحل الطفولة تربية وتعليماًتثقيفاً وترويجا حتى الانتهاء من تعليم الشباب وتشغيلهم، مع أهمية التأكيد على وضع تعريفة جامع مانع للمواطنة يكفل تحقيق العدالة والمساواة فى الحقوق والواجبات، مع السعى نحو القضاء على معوقات المواطنة لاسيما الأمية والفقر وبطالة المتعلمين وتطوير مناهج التربية على المواطنة ونشر ثقافة الحوار مع الآخر وتأسيس المواطن الواعى بحقوقه والملتزم بواجباته المنتمى لمجتمعة المدافع عن بلده.

This study aimed to identify citizenship problematic concept, behavior or generational, rights and duties,and to identify the ingredients and obstacles of citizenship in Egypt and upgrading the spirit of it among Youth. To achieve the objectives of research the study used a questionnaire for sample of youth aged 18-35 Years divided 400 terms for students, and 200 for workers The completed of them are 460 term. This study refers to the agreement of research sample for improving spirit of citizenship among youth from childhood to employ them. It also focused to put inclusive definition of citizenship that ensure Justice in right and duties and eliminate obstacles such as illiteracy poverty and unemployment and to develop education curricula of citizenship and culture of dialogues. This is in addition to the establishment of an informed citizen of his rights and duties, committed citizen who belongs to his community and a defender to his country.
