Abstract

عقد معهد التخطيط القومي حلقته السابعة من نشاط المتابعات العلمية يوم 8 أبريل 2025، حيث قدم الدكتور أحمد رشاد الشربيني عرضًا لتقرير المخاطر العالمية 2025 الصادر عن المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي. يتناول التقرير المخاطر العالمية في أفقين زمنيين: فوري/قصير الأجل (حتى 2027)، وطويل الأجل (حتى 2035). من أبرز المخاطر الفورية: تصاعد الصراعات المسلحة، والظواهر المناخية المتطرفة، وانتشار المعلومات المضللة، والاستقطاب المجتمعي. أما على المدى الطويل، فيشير التقرير إلى استمرار الأزمات البيئية، وتطور التكنولوجيا الحيوية، والتهديدات البيولوجية، وتدهور التنوع البيولوجي، والآثار السلبية للذكاء الاصطناعي. كما يسلط التقرير الضوء على أربع قوى هيكلية تشكل المخاطر: التسارع التكنولوجي، التغير المناخي، التحولات الجيوسياسية، والازدواج الديموغرافي. وقد اختُتم العرض ببعض الملاحظات النقدية حول منهجية التقرير ومحتواه. ودارت مناقشات حول محتوى التقرير ومنهجية إعداده

The Institute of National Planning held its seventh seminar of scientific follow-up activity on 8 April 2025, where Dr.Ahmed Rashad El-Sherbiny presented the Global Risks Report 2025 issued by the World Economic Forum. The report addresses global risks in two time horizons: immediate/short-term (until 2027), and long-term (until 2035). The most prominent immediate risks include: the escalation of armed conflicts, extreme climate events, the spread of misinformation, and societal polarization. In the long term, the report indicates the continuation of environmental crises, the development of biotechnology, biological threats, the deterioration of biodiversity, and the negative effects of artificial intelligence. The report also highlights four structural forces that shape risks: technological acceleration, climate change, geopolitical shifts, and demographic duality. The presentation concluded with some critical remarks about the report's methodology and content. Discussions were held on the content of the report and the methodology for its preparation
