dc.description.abstractThe summary of the Expert Meeting Policies, Session Four for 2024/2025 addressed the future of expansion in real estate investment in Egypt, identifying the opportunities and risks facing real estate investment in the country. It discussed the position of the construction and building sectors, as well as real estate activities within the Egyptian economy, the main challenges hindering the expansion of real estate investment in Egypt, and the key policies and measures proposed by experts.

Institute of National Planning (INP) was established by Law No. 231 of 1960 as a think-tank public institution with an independent legal personality to enhance the theory and practice of planning in Egypt through: research, training and educational activities.
