تناول موجز سياسات لقاء الخبراء الحلقة الرابعة لعام 2024/2025 عرضاً لمستقبل التوسع في الاستثمار العقاري في مصر والتعرف على الفرص والمخاطر التي تواجه الاستثمار العقاري في مصر حيث ناقش: موقع قطاعي التشييد والبناء والأنشطة العقارية في الاقتصاد المصري و أهم التحديات التي تواجه التوسع في الاستثمار العقاري في مصر وأهم السياسات والإجراءات المقترحة من الخبراء.

The summary of the Expert Meeting Policies, Session Four for 2024/2025 addressed the future of expansion in real estate investment in Egypt, identifying the opportunities and risks facing real estate investment in the country. It discussed the position of the construction and building sectors, as well as real estate activities within the Egyptian economy, the main challenges hindering the expansion of real estate investment in Egypt, and the key policies and measures proposed by experts.
