dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاثار المحتمل أن تترتب على نتائج عمليات الخصخصة لوحدات انتاج وتسويق الاسمنت في مصر والوضع الحالي لهذه الصناعة بعد الخصخصة، حيث أسفرت عمليات خصخصة صناعة الاسمنت المصرية عن استحواذ الشركات الاجنبية متعددة الجنسيات على صناعة الاسمنت في مصر. لذا فقد اعتمدت الدراسة في منهجها التحليلي على إجراء تحليل إحصائي يقوم على الاهتمام بالمقارنات الزمنية لفترات ما قبل وما بعد الخصخصة وذلك خلال الفتره من عام 1985 الى عام 2012.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe cement industry is one of the main pillars of the important in the Egyptian economy because of their essential role and influential in the implementation of programs of economic and social development and the establishment of the basic infrastructure needed for projects, production and service, due to the availability of the elements of the cement industry in Egypt, such as: the availability of raw materials of cement in abundance, as well as the energy required and skilled workers trained low-wage compared to those in developed countries, which encouraged the state to establish many cement factories starting in 1921. However, it is monitored that the energy production does not meet the overall demand, prompting the state to expand in the industry to keep up with growing demand for the national developmental projects, especially during fifties and sixties such as the High Dam project. The public sector has undertook this responsibility and beyond the general business sector year until the number of companies producing cement to seven public sector companies and one private sector company. With the adoption of the state to the privatization policy beginning in 1996 by selling public sector companies producing cement with the exception of National Cement Company, resulting in the acquisition of foreign and multinational companies the control of the cement industry in Egypt.
