Abstract

. The study addresses the coordination of economic planning among socialist countries, based on the foundation of international cooperation in a centrally planned economy. It explores the need for branch coordination across sectors like raw materials, energy, chemical and engineering industries, and consumer goods. It highlights the economic efficiency of international division of labor and specialization. The aim is to reduce development disparities and enhance economic integration. Methods include defining each national economy’s role, coordinating investment and production targets, and harmonizing technological activities. The study emphasizes the unification of planning methods and the establishment of effective institutional frameworks for international coordination.

تتناول الدراسة تنسيق التخطيط الاقتصادي بين الدول الاشتراكية، مبنية على أسس التعاون الدولي في ظل اقتصاد موجه. تبحث في ضرورة تنسيق فروع الإنتاج مثل المواد الخام، الطاقة، الصناعات الكيماوية والهندسية، وسلع الاستهلاك. كما تناقش الكفاءة الاقتصادية لتقسيم العمل الدولي والتخصص الإنتاجي. تسعى الدراسة لتقليل الفجوات في التنمية بين الدول الاشتراكية وتعزيز التكامل الاقتصادي. تشمل الأساليب المتبعة في التنسيق تحديد دور كل اقتصاد وطني، تنسيق السياسات الاستثمارية، الأهداف الإنتاجية، والأنشطة التكنولوجية. وتؤكد على أهمية توحيد طرق التخطيط وإنشاء أطر مؤسسية فعالة لهذا التنسيق.
