169- تقييم وتحسين جودة أداء بعض الخدمات العامة لقطاعي التعليم والصحة باستخدام شبكات الأعمال / Evaluating and improving the quality of performance of some public services in the education and health sectors using business networks.

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية طرح أفكار وأساليب حديثة لأحداث نقله نوعية وكمية فى قضية المناهج الدراسية فى التعليم ماقبل الجامعى ومواجهة المشكلات التى نجدها خاصة موضوع تطوير المناهج فى التعليم حيث أن المناهج والمواد التعليمية تعتبر من الركائز الاساسية فى تطوير نظام التعليم وكذلك تطوير الاساليب الصحية لرفع كفاءة الأداء الصحى لاحداث توازن بين الجوانب المختلفة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . لذلك فان المنهج المستخدم فى هذه الدراسة قائم على أساس استخدام بعض اساليب بحوث العمليات وخاصة شبكات الاعمال فى انجاز عملية التطوير وتحسين الخدمة فى المجالين السالفين الذكر . وتهدف الدراسة الحالية الى اهمية ابراز الأخذ بسياسة التقييم الذاتى الدورى للتعليم والصحة فى اطار منظومة واحدة - وذلك فى كل مايتعلق بالجوانب الاساسية بالعملية التعليمية و الصحة . ايضا اهتمت الدراسة ببعض المحاولات لوضع معايير محددة تساهم فى أداء التقويم المستمر لجميع الجهود و الأنشطة .

The current study aims to present modern ideas and methods to create a qualitative and quantitative shift in the issue of curricula in pre-university education and to confront the problems we find, especially the issue of developing curricula in education, as curricula and educational materials are considered among the basic pillars in developing the education system as well as developing healthy methods to raise the efficiency of health performance to create Balance between the various economic and social aspects. Therefore, the approach used in this study is based on the use of some operations research methods, especially business networks, in completing the development process and improving the service in the two aforementioned areas. The current study aims to highlight the importance of adopting a policy of periodic self-evaluation of education and health within the framework of the system One - in everything related to the basic aspects of the educational process and health. The study also focused on some attempts to set specific standards that contribute to the performance of continuous evaluation of all efforts and activities.
