مؤسسات كل من الأئتمان الزراعي و الادخار و الائتمان الحرفي في جمهورية ألمانيا الديموقراطية/Agricultural Credit, Savings and Craft Credit Institutions in the German Democratic Republic

Abstract

تحتل الزراعة المرتبة الثانية بعد الصناعة في الاقتصاد القومى لجمهورية المانيا الديمقراطية، لذا فان زيادة الانتاجية الزراعية من الأهمية بمكان بالنسبة لرفع مستوى معيشـــــــــة الشعب الالمانى . وفى سنة ١٩٦٠ تم انضمام جميع ما تبقى في جمهورية المانيا الديمقراطية من مزارعي القطاع الخاص الى جمعيات الانتاج التعاونى ، وعليه تحققت جميع المقومات اللازمــــــــــــــة لرفع الانتاج الزراعى بسرعة. وصار استخدام سياسة الائتمان كعامل تدعيم للتعاونيات الاشتراكية مسألة حتمية. ولتتمكن الحكومة من انجاز السياسة الائتمانية الاشتراكية وتطبيقها في قطاع الزراعة استعانت ببنك القرية القوى وبالجمعيات التعاونية للائتمان الزراعى وبالجمعيات التعاونية التجارية للمزارعين .

Agriculture is second only to industry in the GDR's national economy, so increasing agricultural productivity is crucial to raising the standard of living of the German people. In 1960, all the remaining private farmers in the GDR joined the cooperative production associations, and all the ingredients were in place for a rapid increase in agricultural production. The use of credit policy as a reinforcing factor for socialist cooperatives became imperative. In order to implement the socialist credit policy in the agricultural sector, the government used the powerful village bank, agricultural credit cooperatives, and farmers' trade cooperatives to implement the socialist credit policy.
