يُعد استيعاب التكنولوجيا ضرورة ملحة، ويشمل فهمها، وتعلم استخدامها بفعالية، وتعديل السلوكيات لاستغلالها بالشكل الأمثل، مما يعزز التنافسية والابتكار. في المقابل، تمثل هجرة الكفاءات تحديًا كبيرًا، ويستدعي ذلك تحسين فرص العمل والتعليم، وتوفير بيئة مستقرة للبحث والاستثمار. ويُعد الذكاء الاصطناعي من أبرز أدوات التطور، إذ يسهم في تحسين الإنتاجية والخدمات، لكنه يحمل أيضًا مخاطر مثل فقدان الوظائف والتحيز والتكلفة العالية. في هذا السياق، يبرز التعليم كعنصر أساسي في دعم الابتكار، من خلال تنمية المهارات وتعزيز بيئة التعلم، مما يتطلب تعاونًا مشتركًا بين جميع الأطراف لبناء مستقبل أفضل.

Understanding technology is an urgent necessity, and includes understanding it, learning to use it effectively, and modifying behaviors to exploit it optimally, which enhances competitiveness and innovation. In contrast, brain drain represents a major challenge, and this requires improving job and education opportunities, and providing a stable environment for research and investment. Artificial intelligence is one of the most prominent tools of development, as it contributes to improving productivity and services, but it also carries risks such as job loss, bias, and high costs. In this context, education emerges as an essential element in supporting innovation, through skills development and enhancing the learning environment, which requires joint cooperation between all parties to build a better future.
