| dc.description.abstract | قد دعى رئيس الجمهورية إلى ارساء دعائم دولة التعليم والإيمان.وما إذا نظرنا إلى الجهود المبذولة فى مجال التطبيق الإسلامى والدعوة والوحدة الإسلامية والتعليم والإرشاد والبر فى الجمهورية:• الدعوة الأسلامية• التعليم• مجال التطبيق الإسلامى والبر• ا وكما أن الهيئات العاملة محدودة فى مجالات مختلفة ومن الممكن تقسيمها لمجالاتالعمل المختلفة: الدعوة والإرشاد، والتعليم، والتشريع، والتطبيق والبر.فى كل هذه المجالات الجهود وتتشعب الآراء وثقد تتضارب. لذا فإن المحصلة النهائية لها هى الواقع الحالى والسابق الإشارة اليهويتطاب علاج هذا الوضع اصلاح التركيب التنظيمى للقطاع ووضع منهاج شامل للعمل باتفاق جميع الأجهزة والهيئات وتوفير العاملين الأكفاء وارساء القواعد المناسبة لمكافآتهم وتوفير المناخ المناسب لنجاح الجهود فى هذا القطاع. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The President of the Republic has called for the establishment of the foundations of a state of education and faith. When we look at the efforts made in the fields of Islamic application, advocacy, Islamic unity, education, guidance, and charity in the republic: - Islamic advocacy - Education - The field of Islamic application and charity - The working bodies are limited in various fields and can be divided into different areas of work: advocacy and guidance, education, legislation, application, and charity. In all these areas, efforts are made, opinions are diverse, and they may conflict. Therefore, the final outcome is the current reality, which has been previously indicated, and this situation requires the reform of the organizational structure of the sector and the establishment of a comprehensive work program agreed upon by all agencies and bodies, providing competent workers, establishing appropriate rules for their rewards, and creating a suitable environment for the success of efforts in this sector. | |
