أزمة الدين العام الداخلى وبعض آثاره الاقتصادية والاجتماعية فى مصر

Abstract

تتبع أهمية تلك الدراسة من معاناة الاقتصاد المصرى من بعض الاختلالات الهيكلية التى جعلته يتجه للمزيد من الاستدانه وذلك لتوفير الاحتياجات التمويلية المطلوبة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والذي ادي بدورة الىتضخم ارقام الدين العام الداخلي وهو ما يمثل عبء على الاقتصاد المصري تعوق تقدمه. وفي هذا الاطار تاتي هذه الدراسة للوقوف على أبعاد أزمة الدين العام من خلال رؤية تحليلية لواقعة، وأزمته وسبل علاجه، حيث تتحدد أهمية الدراسة في البحث في اسباب تضخم الدين العام الداخلي ومردوداته على التنمية الاقتصادية قبل وبعد الاحداث السياسية في 2011 وكيفية ادارة هذا الدين للوصول للحدود الامنه ومحاولة الوصول الى السياسيات الملائمة لادارة الدين العام.

This study is significant as the Egyptian economy is suffering from some structural imbalances leading to more indebtedness in order to provide the required financing needs to achieve the economic development, and resulting in more inflation of the domestic debt figures which is considered as a burden on the Egyptian economy and impedes its progress. In this context, such study aims to identify the dimensions of domestic debt crisis through an analytical overview of its reality, crisis and treatment. The importance of this study is determined in searching for the reasons of domestic debt inflation and its repercussions on the economic development before and after the political events in 2011 and how to manage this debt to reach the safe limits and try to get to the appropriate policies to manage the public debt
