Abstract

تميزت مصر منذ قديم الأزل بأنها دولة زراعية تنتج ما يحتاج إليه سكانها من غذاء وكساء، إلا أن هذه الصورة قد تغيرت تماماً وخاصة في الربع الأخير من هذا القرن، حيث تزايدت معدلات الصطلب علي المحاصيل الزراعية زيادة كبيرة نتيجة للزيادة المرتفعة في معدلات النمو.

Egypt has been distinguished since ancient times as an agricultural country that produces the food and clothing its people need. However, this picture has completely changed, especially in the last quarter of this century, as the demand for agricultural crops has increased significantly as a result of the high increase in growth rates.
