Abstract

يعتبر قطاع الصناعة من القطاعات الإنتاجية الرئيسية كما يعتبر القطاع الرائد والمحرك الأساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية والإجتماعية في مصر، ولذلك فقد إهتمت الدولة منذ أخذت بمبدأ التخطيط كأداة لتسيير الاقتصاد القومي في بداية التسعينات بتخطيط وتنمية قطاع الصناعة.

The industrial sector is considered one of the main productive sectors and is considered the leading sector and the main driver of economic and social development in Egypt. Therefore, the state has been interested in planning and developing the industrial sector since it adopted the principle of planning as a tool for managing the national economy in the early nineties.
