Abstract

يعتبر القوى البشرية واعدادها من الوظائف الأساسية للجامعة والمعاهد العليا . وتعتبر الجامعات والمعاهد العليا هى المسئولة عن تكوين أجيال للنهوض الحضارى وبمثابة القوة الدافعة وراء تقدم الجامعات فى السباق نحو التطور والتقدم الحضارى . ولكن تواجه مصر بعض المشاكل والمعوقات التى تعوق نمو التعليم الجامعى بشكل سليم بسبب التمويل مما جعلها تحد من إعداد الطلاب المتقدمين للتعليم الجامعى ، وتحويل التعليم الثانوى للتعليم الفنى.

The human resources and their numbers are considered one of the essential functions of universities and higher institutes. Universities and higher institutes are responsible for shaping generations for civilizational advancement and serve as the driving force behind the progress of universities in the race towards development and civilizational progress. However, Egypt faces some problems and obstacles that hinder the growth of university education in a proper manner due to funding, which has limited the number of students applying for university education and has led to the conversion of secondary education to technical education.
