Abstract

بعد انقضاء أكثر من عشر سنوات على تطبيق برنامج الأصلاح الأقتصادى فى مصر يتحقق قدر من النجاح فى القضاء على كثير من الأختلالات التى كانت قائمة ، ولكن لم يتحقق نفس النجاح فى الأنطلاق فى مسار النمو الأقتصادى . وتسعى مصر فى المرحلة الحالية لحشد جهودها وطاقاتها وكافة مواردها للوصول الى أفضل الطرق وأسرعها لتحقيق أهداف النمو الأقتصادى بمعدلات مرتفعة ومستمرة .

After more than ten years of implementing the economic reform program in Egypt, a degree of success has been achieved in eliminating many of the existing imbalances, but the same success has not been achieved in embarking on the path of economic growth. Egypt is currently seeking to mobilize its efforts, energies and all its resources to reach the best and fastest ways to achieve the goals of economic growth at high and continuous rates.
