Abstract

تهدف الاستراتيجية الوطنية المتكاملة للتمويل في مصر إلى سد فجوة التمويل وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال حشد التمويل المحلي والدولي، العام والخاص. ركزت الاستراتيجية على سبعة قطاعات ذات أولوية، أبرزها النقل وتمكين المرأة. تضمنت الاستراتيجية أدوات تمويل متعددة وآليات إصلاح في السياسات، والمؤسسات، والأدوات، وبناء القدرات. وأكدت الجلسة على ضرورة تحديث البيانات، وتوسيع نطاق القطاعات، ومعالجة ضعف التنسيق بين الجهات. كما نوقشت الحاجة إلى تحليل أدق للفجوة التمويلية وتوضيح المنهجيات المستخدمة، مع ضرورة مراعاة الخصوصية المصرية في تحديد الأولويات.

Egypt's integrated national financing strategy aims to close the financing gap and accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by mobilizing public and private, domestic and international resources. The strategy prioritizes seven key sectors, notably transport and women's empowerment. It outlines diverse financing tools and implementation reforms in policy, institutions, instruments, and capacity-building. Discussions highlighted the need to update data, include more economic sectors, and address institutional coordination challenges. The importance of clearer financing gap methodologies and aligning with Egypt's specific development context was also emphasized.
