Abstract

يمثل الاستثمار العقاري محركًا مهمًا للنمو الاقتصادي في مصر، لما له من دور في تلبية الطلب على المباني بمختلف أنواعها، وتأثيره على شكل المدن. ويتداخل مع قطاعي التشييد والبناء والأنشطة العقارية، اللذين يسهمان بقوة في الناتج المحلي والتوظيف. وفي هذا السياق، عُقدت ندوة بعنوان "مستقبل التوسع في الاستثمار العقاري في مصر: الفرص والمخاطر"، بهدف مناقشة آثاره على الاقتصاد والمجتمع، وتحديد الفرص والمخاطر المحتملة، وطرح السياسات المناسبة لتعظيم الاستفادة منه مع تلبية احتياجات جميع فئات المجتمع.

Real estate investment represents an important driver of economic growth in Egypt, because of its role in meeting the demand for buildings of various types, and its impact on the shape of cities. It overlaps with the construction and real estate sectors, which contribute strongly to the domestic product and employment. In this context, a seminar entitled "The Future of Real Estate Investment Expansion in Egypt: Opportunities and Risks" was held, with the aim of discussing its effects on the economy and society, identifying potential opportunities and risks, and proposing appropriate policies to maximize its benefit while meeting the needs of all segments of society.
