Abstract

في أثناء عملية التحويل من النظام شبه الإقطاعي الزراعي المتخلف إلى النظام الاشتراكي المتفتح تظهر الجديد من المشاكل وخصوصاً في إدارة الإنتاج وهذا يتطلب تضافر جميع الجهود لمجابهة هذه المشاكل .لذلك فإن الأمر يقتضي تركيز إهتمام الوحدات والمؤسسات والهيئات التي تقوم بتخطيط وإدارة الإقتصاد القومي لكي تعمل على الاستخدام الأمثل لجميع الموارد البشرية والمادية والمالية والموارد الطبيعية.

During the process of transforming from the underdeveloped semi-feudal agricultural system to the open socialist system, new problems appear, especially in production management, and this requires concerted efforts to confront these problems.Therefore, the matter requires focusing the attention of the units, institutions and bodies that plan and manage the national economy in order to work on the optimal use of all human, material, financial and natural resources.
