Abstract

يشكّل الذكاء الاصطناعى مجالًا محوريًا عالميًا يركز على الابتكار والإنتاج، ومواكبة مصر لهذا التوجه تتطلب إنتاج حلول محلية باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. إلا أن تحديات مثل ضعف البحث العلمي، وتوجه الدراسات العليا نحو قضايا غير محلية، ونقص البيانات الدقيقة تعرقل التقدم. ويُعد تبني البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر فرصة لتطوير حلول مصرية واقعية تُعزز الابتكار وتقلل الاعتماد على التقنيات الجاهزة. ونظرًا للتطور السريع في هذا المجال، من الضروري اعتماد استراتيجيات مرنة قابلة للتحديث المستمر.

Artificial intelligence is a pivotal global field that focuses on innovation and production, and Egypt keeping pace with this trend requires producing local solutions using artificial intelligence. However, challenges such as weak scientific research, the orientation of graduate studies towards non-local issues, and the lack of accurate data hinder progress. Adopting open source software is an opportunity to develop realistic Egyptian solutions that enhance innovation and reduce reliance on off-the-shelf technologies. Due to the rapid development in this area, it is necessary to adopt flexible strategies that are subject to continuous updating.
