تناقش الدراسة أهم التحديات التي تواجه منظومة التعليم في مصر، مثل نقص التمويل، ضعف البنية التحتية، وغياب التوافق بين مخرجات التعليم واحتياجات سوق العمل. كما يتم تحليل نتائج المحاولات المتكررة لتطوير النظام التعليمي، والتي غالبًا ما لم تحقق الأهداف المرجوة. تُطرح سياسات لتطوير التعليم تشمل تحسين جودة التعليم من خلال تدريب المعلمين وتحديث المناهج. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتم استكشاف سبل تمويل التعليم في ظل ظهور أشكال جديدة لتقديم الخدمة التعليمية، مع التأكيد على أهمية الحفاظ على الحقوق الدستورية المتعلقة بالتعليم. يُناقش أيضًا دور التكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم، مما يجعل من الضروري التخطيط العلمي لمستقبل التعليم في مصر.

The study discusses the most important challenges facing the education system in Egypt, such as lack of funding, weak infrastructure, and lack of compatibility between educational outcomes and labor market needs. The results of repeated attempts to develop the educational system, which often did not achieve the desired objectives, are also analyzed. Policies are being introduced to develop education, including improving the quality of education through teacher training and updating curricula. In addition, ways of financing education are being explored in the light of the emergence of new forms of educational service provision, emphasizing the importance of preserving constitutional rights relating to education. The role of technology and artificial intelligence in education is also discussed, making it essential for scientific planning for the future of education in Egypt.
