Abstract

تُعد الطاقة عنصرًا محوريًا في تطور الحضارات، حيث شكّلت اكتشافاتها، مثل النار والبخار والكهرباء، دوافع رئيسية للثورات الصناعية. ومع تصاعد التحديات المناخية، برزت أهمية الطاقة النظيفة كأولوية عالمية. ومن منظور التفكير المنظومي، تتطلب سياسات الطاقة تنسيقًا شاملاً مع السياسات الصناعية والزراعية والمائية والبيئية، لما للطاقة من دور حاسم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال دعم الصناعة والزراعة النظيفة وكفاءة إدارة الموارد.

Energy is central to the development of civilizations, and its discoveries, such as fire, steam, and electricity, were major drivers of the industrial revolutions. As climate challenges escalate, the importance of clean energy has emerged as a global priority. From a systems thinking perspective, energy policies require comprehensive coordination with industrial, agricultural, water and environmental policies, as energy has a crucial role in achieving sustainable development by supporting industry, clean agriculture and efficient resource management.
