dc.description.abstract | This study was presented by presenting a theoretical, intellectual and conceptual framework. To clarify The Impact of Using Digital MarketingTools in Creating Digital Media Content Development, and given the novelty of digital marketing and the need to apply it within the “Education Development Center For Al-Azhar International Students”, which seeks to keep pace with the digital age; Therefore, Education Development Center For Al-Azhar International Students was chosen as a field for the current study, and the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, in order to obtain the important information for its study, by adopting the descriptive-analytical method. To gather the opinions of the study sample, who numbered (100) a single sample of foreign and foreign students enrolled in the two stages (preparatory and secondary) in the Islamic Scholarship Institutes (boys and girls) in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, As well as polling the opinions of media professionals and content makers working at Al-Azhar Sharif Sheikhdom, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS) based on a number of statistical tools (arithmetic mean, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, weighted, response intensity, Pearson correlation coefficient, and alpha stability coefficient). This study aimed to:
- Developing the mental image of the educational system for expatriate and foreign students in the pre-university education stage at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
- Developing digital marketing content at the Education Development Center for foreign and foreign students in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
- Developing the marketing content at Education Development Center for Al-Azhar International Students.
-Spreading knowledge and encouraging innovation through the social networks of the Education Development Center for Al-Azhar International Students.
-Achieving competitive excellence for the center by attracting the largest number of students, researchers and all beneficiaries.
The results of the study reached a set of results, including:
- Digital media contributes to reducing the advertising costs necessary to promote the educational content provided by the Center for the Development of Education for Expatriate and Foreign Students at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
- The results of the study confirmed that one of the positives of using digital media is its contribution to helping marketers acquire technical and artistic skills when processing information and techniques related to digital content.
- Digital media helps enhance the learning experience by providing interactive and engaging content.
- Exploiting all dimensions of digital marketing and adapting them to achieve a positive and bright mental image among international and international students.
- Digital media technologies help revitalize the center’s role within all embassies that represent Egypt abroad, and direct attention to Al-Azhari education.
- Digital media contributes to building and shaping brand identity faster than traditional advertising.
The study reached a set of recommendations, including the following:
- Providing financial allocations to spend on developing digital marketing tools in the educational system for expatriate and foreign students in the pre-university education stage at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
- Developing the skills of the employees of the Center for the Development of Education for Expatriates and Foreign Students, and spreading the culture of marketing among all employees of the expatriate system at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, considering the marketing process the responsibility of every member of the system, starting from student affairs to the management of the Center for the Development of Education for Expatriates and Foreign Students.
- Paying attention to distance education methods, especially for countries where it is difficult for their children to travel to study at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
- Utilizing paid advertising methods such as Google and Facebook ads to reach the target audience with special interests in learning the Arabic language to non-native speakers.
- Paying attention to conducting research and surveys via the Internet and social networking sites to identify the preferences and suggestions of foreign and foreign students in the pre-university education stage at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
- Creating an application on the mobile phone called the Center for the Development of Education for Expatriate and Foreign Students, which explains the center’s services and various activities, facilitates the process of registering students to enroll in studies at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and completes all procedures for students through this application, with the possibility of dealing with the application in multiple languages. | |
