Abstract

This study focuses on the annual planning process for industries, emphasizing its role as a crucial tool for managing the national economy. Annual plans derive from long-term prospective plans and aim to improve labor productivity and living standards in the upcoming year. Key tasks include: Setting targets for industries and enterprises aligned with long-term plans, economic advancements, and emerging national and international challenges. Identifying and utilizing idle resources—such as materials, machinery, and manpower—to boost productivity and output. Analyzing interrelationships among industries and enterprises to maximize the benefits of social labor division, ensuring these results are integrated into various enterprise plans like production and workforce management.
