Abstract

This study highlights the importance of a uniform state budget in the comprehensive construction of socialism. It begins by analyzing the political and economic foundations of the budget and distinguishes it from capitalist budget systems. The study examines the development of state budget revenues and expenditures and their influence on the distribution of national income. It focuses on the role of the state budget in the German Democratic Republic's financial system and its connection to the national economic plan. Additionally, it explains the budget structure and the role of the uniform budget within the system of planning and managing the national economy.
