Abstract

يشهد العالم تحديات اقتصادية معقدة، أبرزها استمرار أزمة المديونية العالمية وتأثيرها المدمر على الدول النامية، خاصة في أفريقيا، وسط تحرك بطيء لإصلاح مؤسسات التمويل الدولية. كما يواجه الاقتصاد العالمي تضخمًا ركوديًا، مع تباطؤ في أوروبا، واحتمالات ارتفاع التضخم في الولايات المتحدة، إلى جانب مؤشرات على تعافٍ اقتصادي في الصين. وتستمر حروب التجارة والتجزؤ الاقتصادي إقليميًا وعالميًا. في مجال التنمية المستدامة، لا تزال معدلات التقدم نحو الأهداف ضعيفة. أما على صعيد الطاقة، فإن تزايد الطلب يفرض ضغوطًا على وتيرة التحول إلى مصادر طاقة نظيفة، خاصة في الولايات المتحدة واليابان وبعض الاقتصادات الآسيوية.

The world is witnessing complex economic challenges, most notably the continuing global debt crisis and its devastating impact on developing countries, especially in Africa, amid slow movement to reform international financial institutions. The global economy is also facing stagnant inflation, with a slowdown in Europe, and the possibility of higher inflation in the United States, along with signs of an economic recovery in China. Trade wars and economic fragmentation continue regionally and globally. In the field of sustainable development, rates of progress towards the goals remain weak. As for energy, increasing demand is putting pressure on the pace of transition to clean energy sources, especially in the United States, Japan, and some Asian economies.
