Abstract

يتناول الجزء الأول من الكتاب دراسة المركز الإنتاجي للإنتاج الزراعي المصري مقارنة بدول العالم المختلفة، وعوامل النهوض بهذا الإنتاج. تم تناول هذا الموضوع من خلال دراسة المركز الإنتاجي لمحاصيل القطن والذرة الشامية والقمح والأرز والطماطم والذرة الرفيعة والقصب والبطاطس. تم تحليل الطاقة الإنتاجية لهذه المحاصيل في مصر مقارنة بالعالم، والجدارة الإنتاجية للوحدة الأرضية (الهكتار)، وتطور الغلة الهكتارية. كما تم استعراض ظروف الإنتاج الزراعي في دول المقارنة لكل محصول. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات لتحسين المركز الإنتاجي المصري في هذه المحاصيل.

This first part of the book examines the productive position of Egyptian agricultural production compared to different countries of the world, and the factors for advancing this production. This topic was addressed by studying the productive position of cotton, corn, wheat, rice, tomatoes, sorghum, sugarcane, and potatoes. The analysis included the production capacity of these crops in Egypt compared to the world, the productive efficiency of the land unit (hectare), and the development of the hectare yield. The agricultural production conditions in the comparison countries for each crop were also reviewed. The study concluded with a set of findings and recommendations to improve the Egyptian productive position in these crops.
