Abstract

The study introduces the Balance of Production and Utilization of Social Product, focusing on its construction and meaning. It includes definitions of main aggregates such as social product, productive consumption, final consumption, and accumulation. Additionally, it discusses the mutual relationships between the production of means of production and consumer goods on one side, and the trends of utilization of social product on the other. The role of foreign trade in this balance and methods of measuring the aggregates are also covered. In the second part, the analysis of the balance is presented, including the rate of economic growth and fundamental factors affecting a country's economic development. It also addresses the proportions between consumption and accumulation, social product and national income, production of means of production and consumer goods, as well as the ratio between industry and agriculture.
