The research addresses the topic of foreign direct investments and their impact on the Egyptian agricultural sector. The first chapter discusses the role of multinational companies and international financing in the balance of payments. This is followed by an analysis of the development of foreign loans and grants from 1960 to 1974, including bilateral loans from capitalist countries and the Eastern Bloc. In the second chapter, bilateral agreements with various countries such as the USA, Canada, Germany, and France are reviewed, along with agreements with international organizations like the World Bank. The study also analyzes Arab financial contributions to the agricultural sector and discusses theories such as the theory of interest and the theory of capital transfers. The research concludes with a summary and conclusion, along with statistical appendices and references in both Arabic and English
