دليل التصنيف المهني للعمالة فـــــــــــــي صناعة الغزل والنسيج/Guide to the occupational classification of labor in the textile industry

Abstract

قامت لجنة بحث تخطيط الموارد البشرية بالمعهد بإعداد دراسة عن العمالة في صناعة الغزل والنسيج بهدف تحديد الهيكل الوظيفي للعمالة في هذه الصناعة. كانت هذه الدراسة الأولى من نوعها التي تهدف إلى الوصول إلى توزيع نسبي لمختلف الوظائف بمستوياتها المختلفة، مما يساعد على تصحيح الأخطاء الموجودة في الهيكل الوظيفي العام السابق استنادًا إلى بيانات التعداد العام للسكان لعام 1960. كما أعدت اللجنة دليل ترميز للوظائف والمهن الخاصة بالصناعة ليكون مرجعًا موحدًا للعاملين بها وأداة لتخطيط القوى العاملة في جميع الشركات التابعة للمؤسسة، التي تضم 31 شركة. وقدمت المؤسسة بيانات تفصيلية عن العمالة في كل شركة، والتي كانت المصدر الرئيسي لإعداد هذا الدليل، بمساعدة مستشارين من المؤسسة حضروا جلسات مناقشة الوظائف.

The Human Resource Planning Research Committee at the institute conducted a study on employment in the textile industry aimed at determining the job structure for labor in this sector. This study was the first of its kind to seek a relative distribution of various jobs at different levels, helping to correct errors in the previously established job structure based on the 1960 population census data. Additionally, the committee prepared a coding guide for the jobs and professions specific to the industry to serve as a unified reference for workers and a tool for workforce planning across all companies within the institution, which comprises 31 companies. The institution provided detailed employment data for each company, which served as the primary source for compiling this guide, with the assistance of consultants who attended discussions on the listed jobs.
