Abstract

التنبؤ هو تحليل للحالة الاقتصادية الماضية والحاضرة بهدف تقدير الحالة الاقتصادية المتوقعة في المستقبل. يلعب علم التنبؤ دورًا بارزًا في تخطيط العلاقات الدولية، حيث يعتبر وسيلة مهمة لزيادة فعالية الخطط العلمية والمستقبلية، مما يساهم في نمو الأسواق العالمية والدخل القومي للدول. التجارة الخارجية تُعتبر أحد أهم جوانب العلاقات الدولية، حيث ترتبط بها جميع العلاقات الأخرى مثل القروض وتبادل الخدمات. تُستخدم الأساليب الرياضية والإحصائية بشكل رئيسي في رسم صورة العلاقات الدولية، وخاصة التجارة الخارجية. من بين هذه الأساليب، يُعتبر الاستكمال الخارجي (Extrapolation) عملية مهمة، حيث يتم استكمال الاتجاهات الحالية للمتغيرات بهدف معرفة اتجاهها في المستقبل، مع الاعتماد على تذبذب البيانات وظروف الظاهرة وتأثيرها.

The science of forecasting plays a significant role in planning international relations, serving as an important means to enhance the effectiveness of scientific and future plans, contributing to the growth of global markets and national income. Foreign trade is one of the most critical aspects of international relations, interconnected with other relations such as loans and service exchanges. Mathematical and statistical methods are primarily used to depict international relations, particularly foreign trade. Among these methods, extrapolation is crucial, as it involves extending current trends of variables to determine their future direction, relying on data variability and the circumstances affecting the phenomenon.
