| dc.description.abstract | مراحل تخطيط المشروعات، المشروع: هو أصغر وحدة يمكن تنفيذها ضمن برنامج محدد للاستثمار، ويتصف بالاستقلالية النسبية في الاستثمار والعائد. أمثلة على المشروعات تشمل بناء مصنع، إنشاء طريق، استصلاح أرض، أو إنشاء مدرسة. ورغم أن المشروع قد يكون مستقلًا، إلا أنه غالبًا يعتمد على مشروعات أخرى سابقة مثل الطرق أو تدريب الفنيين. البرنامج:
هو مجموعة من المشروعات المتناسقة التي تكمل بعضها البعض في نفس المنطقة أو المحافظة، ويتم تنفيذها ضمن فترة زمنية محددة. تمر المشروعات بعدة مراحل تبدأ كاقتراح أو دراسة وتنتهي بتنفيذه وتحقيق عائد في صورة سلع أو خدمات. | |

It is relatively independent in its investment and return. Examples include building a factory, constructing a road, reclaiming land, or establishing a school. While projects can be independent, they often rely on preceding ones, such as transportation infrastructure or technical training. Programme: A programme consists of a set of coordinated projects that complement each other and are implemented in the same region or province within a defined timeframe. Projects go through several stages, starting as a proposal or study and culminating in implementation, delivering returns in the form of goods or services. | |
