Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم الوضع الراهن للتوجيه المهني وتخطيط القوة البشرية في الجمهورية العربية المتحدة، وذلك من خلال تحليل نتائج استفتاء حول اختيار التعليم والمهنة، إلى جانب مقابلات شخصية معمقة. أكدت الدراسة على أهمية القيم والاتجاهات الشخصية والاجتماعية في اختيار نوع التعليم أو العمل وملاءمته للفرد. تناولت أيضًا دور القيم والاتجاهات في التأثير على التغيرات الاجتماعية، خاصة في ظل التحول من المجتمعات الريفية إلى الحضرية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية دراسة القيم والاتجاهات لتعزيز التطور الاجتماعي في الاتجاه المرغوب

The study aimed to evaluate the current status of career guidance and workforce planning in the United Arab Republic by analyzing survey results on education and career choices and conducting in-depth personal interviews. It highlighted the significance of personal and social values and attitudes in determining suitable education or work. The study also explored their role in driving social change, particularly during the transition from rural to urban societies. The findings emphasized the need to study values and attitudes to foster social development in the desired direction.
