Abstract

دأبت الأمم المتحدة ومنذ عام 2016 بإصدار تقارير دورية سنوية لتحديد اتجاه السياسات العالمية والوطنية المعنية بالتنمية، بحيث يقدم التقرير خيارات وفرص جديدة لسد الفجوة بين حقوق الإنسان والتنمية، كما أنّه يشكّل إطارًا عامًا يوجّه العمل الإنمائي العالمي والوطني. في هذا السياق يجري تناول التمويل في خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030 كجزء من وسائل التنفيذ، ويتم رصد أهداف التنمية المستدامة وغاياتها من خلال استخدام عدد كبير من المؤشرات العالمية تم اعتمادها من خلال اللجنة الإحصائية للأمم المتحدة التي انعقدت في مارس 2016، ويشمل الإطار العالمي لمؤشرات أهداف التنمية المستدامة 247 مؤشراً عالمياً تغطي سبعة عشر هدفاً.

Since 2016, the United Nations has been issuing annual periodic reports to determine the direction of global and national development policies.The report presents new options and opportunities to bridge the gap between human rights and development.It also constitutes a general framework that guides global and national development work. In this context, financing is being addressed in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development as part of the means of implementation, and the sustainable development goals and targets are monitored through the use of a large number of global indicators that were approved through the United Nations Statistical Commission, which was held in March 2016, and the global framework of indicators for the goals includes Sustainable development: 247 global indicators covering seventeen goals.
