Abstract

ساهمت العمليات الدولية المتعلقة بحوكمة الهجرة في تعزيز الحوار العالمي حول قضايا الهجرة، وأسهمت في تحديد أجندة الهجرة على المستوى الدولي. وقد تأثرت حوكمة الهجرة بالتحولات التكنولوجية (مثل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة)، والجيوسياسية، والبيئية. من المتوقع أن يعمل المجتمع الدولي على وضع إطار جديد للأمم المتحدة لما بعد عام 2030، يجعل من الهجرة قضية مركزية، ويعزز دور الميثاق العالمي للهجرة كأداة لتمكين الدول من إدارة الهجرة بفعالية. كما يتطلب نهج الحوكمة الشاملة للهجرة تعاونًا من الحكومات والمجتمعات معًا، لضمان استفادة جميع المهاجرين من السياسات الناشئة.

International processes related to migration governance have contributed to strengthening the global dialogue on migration issues and contributed to setting the migration agenda at the international level. Migration governance has been affected by technological (such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution), geopolitical, and environmental shifts. The international community is expected to work to develop a new post-2030 UN framework that makes migration a central issue and strengthens the role of the Global Compact for Migration as a tool to enable countries to manage migration effectively. A comprehensive governance approach to migration also requires governments and communities to work together to ensure that all migrants benefit from emerging policies.
