Abstract

تناول الفصل الثاني من الدراسة المشاكل العملية المتعلقة بتكوين جداول المدخلات والمخرجات في التحليل الاقتصادي. تركزت الجهود البحثية منذ بداية دراسة ليونتيف للاقتصاد الأمريكي على حل العديد من المشاكل المتعلقة بالجداول الاقتصادية، مع تخصيص بعض الجهود لمعالجة الجداول، بينما استهدفت جهود أخرى دراسة النماذج الاقتصادية. يتناول هذا الفصل أبرز المشاكل التي قد تظهر عند تكوين الجداول، التي يمكن تصنيفها إلى ثلاثة أنواع حسب طبيعتها:

المشاكل النظرية: تتعلق بالتعريفات التي تضمن الجداول عددًا كبيرًا من التغيرات، وتتطلب دقة في وضع تعريفات مفردات الجدول بشكل يتناسب مع الاستخدامات التحليلية. وحدات القياس: تبرز أهمية تحديد وحدات القياس المناسبة، سواء كانت كمية أو قيمية، خاصة في حال التغير الزمني. يجب تحديد أسس التقويم وأسعار التعاملات والفترات الزمنية التي يتم حساب الأسعار بناءً عليها.

Chapter two addresses the practical problems associated with constructing input-output tables in economic analysis. Since Leontief's study of the American economy, much research has focused on solving the problems related to these tables, with some efforts dedicated to the tables themselves and others to economic models. This chapter discusses the main issues encountered when constructing the tables, which can be categorized into three types based on their nature:

Theoretical Problems: These involve the definitions included in the tables, which contain numerous variables that require careful definition to match analytical uses while considering practical statistical constraints. Measurement Units: It is crucial to determine appropriate measurement units, whether quantitative or monetary, especially when studying time variations. The basis for valuation, the prices used in transactions, and the time periods for calculating those prices must also be specified.
