هذا النمط الجماعى للبحث ، والاطار المتكامل للتخصصات، تبرز أهميته فى الدراسات التخطيطية بصورة أوضح عنها فى أي ميدان اخر. ففي هذا المجال لابد من التخصصات الفنية بمختلف جوانبها، ولابد ايضا من التخصصات الاقتصادية بفروعها العديدة، كما أنه لابد من مشاركة أولئك الذين تخصصوا فى أساليب التحليل العلمى للظواهر الكمية This collective pattern of research, and the integrated framework of specializations, highlights its importance in planning studies more clearly than in any other field. In this area, technical specializations have to be carried out in various respects, economic specializations have to be carried out in their many branches, and those who specialize in the methods of scientific analysis of quantitative phenomena have to be involved.
