Abstract

تتصدى هذه الدراسة لموضوع الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية وسبل التعاون المصري الإفريقي، حيث يعتقد الباحث أن الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية هي قاطرة النمو الحقيقي في هذا الوقت، وبخاصة الحرف والصناعات التقليدية أو الشعبية، حيث لم تحصل علي القدر الكاف من العناية والرعاية، فالحرف رغم أنها مادية ملموسة إلا أنها تقع ضمن تصنيف التراث الثقافي غير المادي، وكافة الحرف الشعبية المصرية والإفريقية التي تندرج تحت الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، حيث لا يوجد لها وثائق حاكمة، وتسعي الدراسة للتنبيه لأهمية هذا القطاع المهم من الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية التي تحتاج لتنميتها وانتشالها من الاقتصاد غير الرسمي وإدراجها ضمن خطط الدولة. أهداف البحث: اقتراح سبل تنمية التجمعات الحرفية بشكل ممنهج، إيجاد سبل تعاون بين الأطراف الإفريقية ترتكز على قطاع الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية، تشجيع خلق فرص عمل جديدة من خلال تنمية الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية في المنطقة، إبراز الدور المهم لمؤشر قياس الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية في مصر وإفريقيا. أهمية البحث على المستوى الأكاديمي والتنفيذي: ندرة الدراسات العربية في مجال الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية، إلقاء الضوء على الدور المهم لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي في كافة مجالاته، التوعية بأهمية الأدوار المختلفة التي تعود بالنفع على المجتمع. التصدي لمحاولات الغزو الثقافي للشعوب الإفريقية والتي تهدف لطمس الهوية القومية. أبرز النتائج: حرصت الدول المتقدمة علي وضع إطار للصناعات الإبداعية، بتحديد أهداف وأولويات العمل الوطني من برامج وسياسات تعكس احتياجات هذه الدول لتطوير هذه الصناعات، توجه مصر نحو تحقيق مؤشرات فاعلة في صادرات الخدمات المعرفية، والمنتجات الحرفية، بما يسهم في زيادة القيمة المضافة للصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية، تدريب الحرفيين له دور هام واستراتيجي في تنمية وتطوير الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية، تحتاج منظومة الصناعات الثقافية والإبداعية إلي حماية لحقوق الملكية الفكرية، حيث لابد من تفعيل الحماية علي أرض الواقع، لأنها مازالت محدودة جدا. ا
