Abstract

الدول النامية لا تستطيع مواجهة متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية دون جهود مضنية لا يمكنها القيام بها وحدها اذاء تخلف اقتصادياتها وندرة عناصر الإنتاج بالإضافة إلى انخفاض مستويات المعرفة الفنية وبطء التقدم الفنى فضلاَ عن عقبات أخرى عديدة تواجهها فى هذا المجال.ومن ثم فإن هذه الدول يتعين عليها البحث عن وسائل ناجحة للتغلب على تلك العقبات. وتعد الجهود الدولية التى تبذلها الدول المتقدمة والمنظمات الدولية لدعم سياسات التنمية فى الدول النامية إحدى الوسائل التى يمكن للدول النامية الإفادة منها فى تحقيق ما تصبوا إليه من تقدم وازدهار.

Developing countries can't meet the requirements of economic development without strenuous efforts that they can't do alone due to the backwardness of their economies, the scarcity of production elements, low levels of technical knowledge, slow technical progress, as well as many other obstacles they face in this field. The international efforts made by developed countries and international organizations to support development policies in developing countries is one of the means that developing countries can benefit from in order to achieve the progress and prosperity they aspire to.
