Recent Public Management Development in the Government of the United States of America / التطورات الحديثة في الإدارة العامة في حكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية

Abstract

This paper examines four significant developments in the governmental management system of the United States that may offer insights for policymakers in Egypt. These include the establishment of the new Office of the President, the implementation of inflation control mechanisms, the restructuring of postal services, and efforts to rescue the railroad industry. While the importance of these developments may shift over time, they provide valuable lessons on governance, economic stabilization, and public service reform. By analyzing these changes, this study highlights potential strategies that could inform administrative and economic policies in other nations.

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية أربعة تطورات هامة في نظام الإدارة الحكومية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والتي قد تقدم رؤى ثاقبة لصانعي السياسات في مصر. وتشمل هذه التطورات إنشاء المكتب الجديد للرئيس، وتطبيق آليات السيطرة على التضخم، وإعادة هيكلة الخدمات البريدية، والجهود المبذولة لإنقاذ صناعة السكك الحديدية. وفي حين أن أهمية هذه التطورات قد تتغير مع مرور الوقت، إلا أنها تقدم دروسًا قيّمة حول الحوكمة وتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي وإصلاح الخدمات العامة. ومن خلال تحليل هذه التغييرات، تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على الاستراتيجيات المحتملة التي يمكن أن تسترشد بها السياسات الإدارية والاقتصادية في دول أخرى.
