Abstract

تناولت الدراسة اقتصاديات نقل التكنولوجيا ودورها فى النمو اللاقتصادى، وتناولت الدراسة المعايير المهمة لاختسار التكنولوجيا المناسبة، ومقاييس الفجوة التكنولوجية بين الدول المتقدمة بصفة عامة ومصر بصفة خاصة، وتناولت وتناولت الدراسة وسائل نقل التكنولوجيا المختلفة ودور الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات فى نقل الكنولوجيا، وعن الانتهاكات التى تمارسها الشركات الأجنبية فى مصر، كما تناولت حجم الإنفاق على البحث العلمى والتطوير فى الشركات متعددة الجنسيات مقارنة بالشركات المحلية، وتناولت الدراسة واقع الإنفاق الصحى فى مصر، وحجم سوق الدواء فى مصر والعوامل المؤثرة فى السوق المصرى، ومدى تأثير قرار التحرير سعر الصرف على نقل التكنولوجيا والدواء فى مصر

Our era is characterized by the fact that dealing with technology has become a process of interest to all peoples of different degrees of growth, and with the different goals of countries in the world. it seems that there is an agreement that science and technology are the most effective tool for development. we found that the development process that drives the entire sectors of the national economy. Science and technology occupy the primary position as the primary engine for accelerating this process and to advance its development forward, Which makes the adoption of science and technology and its consequent methods of production, methods, practical means and technical knowledge, and its application to solve the dilemmas that arise during the development process is very important for developing countries.
