Abstract

تعد مشكلة عجز الموازنات العامة واحدة من أهم المشكلات الإقتصادية المحورية على المستوى العالمي لما لها من آثار مباشرة على أداء النشاط الإقتصادي بصفة عامة ، بالإضافة إلى أنها أحد أهم الموضوعات التي أشتد الجدل حولها وتفاوتت الآراء بشأنها وتباينت الإجتهادات فيها ، خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة

Researcher reviewed in this theses, "A Proposed Framework for the treatment of the state budget deficit in light of some international experience," the case study of the Arab Republic of Egypt "through theoretical study, which was built by the analytical study to reach to conclusions and recommendations of this research. The general budget problem is one of the most important pivotal economic global problem because of its direct effects on the performance of economic activity in general, as well as it is one of the most important topics of discussion that has intensified the controversy around , also has varied views ,and on which conscientiousness is varied, specifically in recent years, especially after the increased direction of the deficit in various countries around the world accompanied by a constant rise in the public debt of governments.
