دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تسهيل حركة التجارة الخارجية لمصر

Abstract

أصبح استخدام التكنولوجيا للحصول على المعلومة ونقلها والاستفادة منها، من أهم الركائز التي تمكننا من مواكبة التطور والتقدم في المجالات كافة ، بالاضافة إلى أثر ذلك في توفير الوقت والجهد والمال، سواء كان ذلك في مجال الحصول على المعلومات أو حفظها أو نقلها وتحليلها، وبفضل تطور مفهوم واستخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والانترنت، أصبح العالم يشبه القرية الكونية الصغيرة. تؤدي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات دورا حيويا في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية، وهذاً الدور لا قتصرعلى كونها أداة لدعم الانتاجية والابتكار، بل إنها مثل عوامل تمكينية ورقابية هامة، وتساعد على تسهيل وتصحيح جميع العمليات التجارية في دول العالم، التي قامت بتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تنمية التجارة عبر الحدود.

Using Information and communication technologies generally for obtaining, transferring and analyzing information is one of the most important factors improving and enhancing the development progresses on all levels and in all fields. It saves time, effort and money. Information and communication technologies play a vital role in supporting economic development. This role is not limited to supporting productivity and innovation but it also presents main empowering and supervisory factors. It helps facilitating and correcting all trade processes in the world’s countries which have already applied information and communication technologies in developing cross-border trade making it more suitable for usage. In addition, using information and communication technologies helps reducing cost of entry/exit of goods and providing services across customs ports, avoiding deviations and barriers facing investors and businessmen in customs release process as well as saving time consumed in these processes. Using such technologies in several commercial, agricultural, industrial, educational and medical fields leads to unexpected development in the performance level of these fields and it has a remarkable effect on all different levels.
