dc.description.abstractيمثل العنصر البشري أغلى ما تملكه أي مؤسسة حيث إن العنصر البشري هو الذي يحدد فعالية وأهمية باقي الموارد الأخرى، التي تتيحها وتوفرها المؤسسة، ولذلك يمكن القول إنه من الممكن تطوير وتنمية أهم جانب من جوانب الشخصية للعنصر البشري، والذي سوف يؤدي بالفعل إلى زيادة فعالية ذلك العنصر في أدائه لمهامه القيادية، وذلك من خلال تطبيق سياسات إدارية فعالة، تعتمد في الأساس على قوة مهارات الذكاء العاطفي لدى القائد، ويعتمد تقييم نجاح أي مؤسسة على تنمية وتطوير المهارات الوجدانية لدى المديرين والمشرفين والمسؤولين.en_US
dc.description.abstractFirst : Research Problem The problem of the research is summarized through the answers of the following questions : (Low caring about the study concerning The effect of The Emotional Intelligence on the types of Leadership ) 1) Do Self Awareness affects on Leadership Style Effectiveness (Transformational, Transactional ) ? 2) Do Emotional Utilization affects on Leadership Style Effectiveness ( Transformational, Transactional) ? 3) Do Emotional Running and Regulation affects on Leadership Style Effectiveness ( Transformational, Transactional) ? 4) Do Empathy affects on Leadership Style Effectiveness (Transformational, Transactional ) ?  Second : Research Objectives The research tries to measure the effect of the Emotional Intelligence as independent changing on the leadership style effectiveness as following changing to achieve some objectives represented in the following : 1) Identifying The Emotional Intelligence dimensions and the effect on Leadership Style effectiveness . 2) reaching to extent the effect of : Self Awareness, Emotional Utilization, Emotional Regulation and Empathy on leadership style effectiveness (Transformational, Transactional) . 3) reaching to group of Results and Recommendations to help the Service Sector on understanding the important of social intelligence to achievement organizational goals successfully .
