Abstract

تمثل الدعوة لنقل ملكية القطاع العام للقطاع الخاص Privatization إحدى إرهاصات الفكر الاقتصادى منذ عقدين من الزمان، وقد بدأت الدول الرأسمالية الصناعية تنحوا هذا المنحى فى إطار برامجها لإنعاش قوى العرض حيث شهدت إقتصاديا هذه الدول العديد من المظاهر السلبية فى مقدمتها الكساد التضخمى Stagflation.

The call to transfer ownership of the public sector to the private sector (Privatization) represents one of the precursors of economic thought two decades ago. The industrial capitalist countries began to adopt this approach within the framework of their programs to revive the forces of supply, as these countries witnessed many negative economic phenomena, most notably stagflation.
