إذا كان مفهوم التنمية الاقتصادية يعنى إستخدام الموارد الاقتصادية - بشرية كانت أو مادية - المتاحة فى المجتمع أحسن إستخدام ممكن لكى تدر اكبر عائد و تستفيد منها الدولة أكبر استفادة ممكنة بهدف زيادة الدخل القومى ورفع مستوى المعيشة. If the concept of economic development means using the economic resources - whether human or material - available in society in the best possible way to generate the greatest return and for the state to benefit from them as much as possible with the aim of increasing the national income and raising the standard of living.
